Videomapping finalist in the International Mapping Festival of Gerona 2014.
This audiovisual work tells the legend of Gerona, San Narciso and the flies. The legend dates from the thirteenth century when the army of the King of France, Philip III the Bold, besieged Gerona and desecrated the saint’s tomb. From San Narciso, giant flies began to appear that stung the soldiers and their horses until they died. In this way, the saint saved the population of Gerona from a possible French invasion.
